Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for NEXperience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.   • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
    • Identify and engage potential clients in key target markets.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Monitor market changes and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
  • Proposal and Contract Management
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to deliver on client expectations.
    • Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.
    • Represent NEXperience at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the offshoring, outsourcing, or BPO industry.
  • Deep understanding of offshoring strategies, industry trends, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
