Job Purpose
- Provide accurate and timely responses to patient medical inquiries.
- Ensure all advice aligns with Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Apply strong knowledge of medical protocols and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the healthcare landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patients’ medical questions and inquiries via chat or other communication channels in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide evidence-based medical advice in line with Saudi Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Triage and escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate medical team or healthcare provider.
- Maintain accurate patient interaction records in the system.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality medical support.
- Stay updated on Saudi Arabian medical regulations, prescription policies, and healthcare standards.
- Support in creating patient education materials and FAQs for common medical inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and maintain compliance with KSA healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a MUST.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Saudi Arabian healthcare market.
- Passing the KSA Prometric Exam is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Saudi MOH regulations, prescription laws, and medical ethics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound clinical decisions within scope.
